Worshipful Master thanked Bro. Slade on behalf of the lodge for

this latest information and the various other items on Bro. Rendle

that he has donated in the past.

June 2015 - Needles final meeting in Solent Hill Freshwater after

51 years to raise Bro. Wayne McCarty. The Worshipful Master

invited W. Bro. Dave Morey to occupy the Chair for the first part

of the ceremony. Following the Obligation W. Bro. Mike Salter

was called upon to occupy the Chair for delivery of the

Exhortation. W. Bro. David Baggaley presented the Charge. W.

Bro. Steve White entrusted Bro. McCarty with the signs before

retiring from the lodge. W. Bro. Salter invited W. Bro. Phil

Thorne to occupy the Chair. The candidate was readmitted and

invested with the badge of a Master Mason by the Senior Warden

Bro. Nick Sillence. W. Bro. Thorne delivered the Traditional

History. The Junior Warden, Bro. Chris Jarman presented the

Working Tools of a Master Mason. Thanks were given to the

Worshipful Master for allowing the ceremony to be conducted by

the Past Masters.

Pursuant to the notice of motion signed by more than seven

subscribing members as required by Rule 141 BOC given at the

meeting on 6 May 2015 – the Secretary W. Bro. David Baggaley

proposed that this lodge ceases to hold its meetings at the

Freshwater Masonic Centre and move to the Ryde Masonic Hall,

9 John Street, Ryde, Isle of Wight.

The brethren were informed that the motion would fail unless

two-thirds of the members present vote in favour and asked them

to keep their hands raised at the appropriate time to enable an
