Accordingly, the trustees give authority to a sub-committee of

beneficiaries chaired by Bro. Christopher Whitland Jarman to:

A - To investigate the viability of a sale;

B - To appoint agents to assist with that objective

C – To report back to the trustees with their recommendations no

later than six months from the date of this memorandum.

The Assistant Secretary informed the brethren that the structure of

this sub-committee was considered at length at the recent General

Purposes meeting and in accordance with the recommendations of

the committee made the following proposal:

“That a joint Relocation Committee is formed, Chaired by Bro.

Chris Jarman, plus three members from Needles Craft selected by

Bro. Jarman and to accord with the general wishes of the FMC

meeting, two further members, one each from Needles Mark and

Needles Royal Arch Chapter, who will be elected by the

respective orders”.

W. Bro. Steve White seconded this proposal and passed by the

brethren.

The Solent Area Representative, W. Bro. Ian Carnegie presented

the lodge with a Silver Festival Certificate in recognition of the

generosity of the brethren in support of the 2016 Festival Appeal

for the RMTGB.

The Acting Secretary reported that at the recent meeting of the
